It’s been a busy end to the year and we’re finally finding the time to catch up on what’s going on around the studio. Here’s a partial list of current projects we just finished or are still working to get out the door.
1,000 JOURNALS
We were pleased to recently learn that journal cover graphics created for the 1,000 Journals project is currently appearing in an exhibit at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art through April 5, 2009.

ANON OPTICS
We kicked off the 2011 product graphics system. This is always an amazing project. This is our 4th year doing this project and these guys never fail to bring the heat every year with the production level. We’ve been finding and collecting new sources of inspiration to create these new patterns for the past few months.
BURTON SNOWBOARDS
Created graphics for the Australian Open (that’s right mate…it snows down under), 2008/2009 Learn To Ride catalog (Progression Resorts & Rental), 2009 Fall/Winter Apparel Catalog (120 page), helped on the Dealer Catalog and with various ongoing web projects.
GORDINI
For the past few years, Gordini has involved us in directing the evolution of their brand. For this year’s ad campaign we paired Gordini team athletes Jenn Berg, Banks Gilberti and Bo Parfet with amazing illustrators Dekore1, Paul Antonson and Chris Varrichionne. Work is almost compete with Gordini’s 2009/2010 product catalog. High fives to Shem Roose and Lee Cohen for the amazing lifestyle photos. We had a small window of opportunity but mother nature held off for long enough on location in VT and UT. Thanks to Geoff Fosbrook for the product photos. Gordini continues to expand their in-store presence and in 2009 they will take their POP to the next level. Capacitor created a merchandising system that greatly increases Gordini’s brand awareness and recognition in stores.
DROP MFG
New to Capacitor’s client roster is DropMFG. We are currently working to create their 2009/2010 product catalog. Shem Roose helped create many of the great lifestyle photos and Geoff Fosbrook for new product photos.
RED LIGHT MANAGEMENT
We recently completed tour T shirts for DJ Sasha. This follows the creation of tour materials including flyer and admats. Earlier this year we did the same set of tour materials for Sasha & John Digweed’s Spring Tour.

Various projects for our longtime client Scott who is the world’s best lighting designer. For real! We feel very honored he used some of the graphics we created for him to cover an entire wall in his new Columbia, MD office space.
